When our furnace stopped working late in the evening (9pm), we called Selim and within 10 minutes he was at our house. Within an hour, he had completed diagnostics and repairs and our furnace was working again. On top of that, he took the time to explain the entire process in layman's terms while he worked. Very friendly and helpful.
