April 17, 2021Early Friday morning, system shows problem on nest thermostat. Called propane company to inquire about levels, and gages show some in tanks. Turns out Salim figures out we are out of propane after we called him about no heat thinking furnace related. Gage was frozen at 80 percent. Salim took call and within half hour was here to assist us in problem solving. And we were refunded the service call from our propane supplier. Salim was very concern for us not having heat on a very cold day. Following up several times and making sure we got the propane delivery. Super service, highly recommended. Thank you. Michel and Anne
